By submitting your registration form, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Registration

Completion of the registration form constitutes your commitment to join the Ready, Steady, Exam programme and to pay the applicable programme fee.

2. Payment

Completion of the registration form constitutes your cPayment must be made in accordance with the payment option selected during registration. 3. Non-Refundable Policy

All programme fees are non-refundable. Once you have registered, cancellations are not permitted and refunds will not be issued, including where a participant chooses not to attend or withdraws from the programme.

4. Programme Bonuses

Any bonuses, complimentary sessions or additional resources included as part of your registration will be honoured and arranged by Propel to Excel.

5. Programme Information

All programme information, including session dates, times, venue details, online access links (where applicable), workbooks and supporting resources, will be provided before the programme begins.

6. Attendance

Participants are responsible for attending the scheduled sessions. Missed sessions are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another programme unless otherwise agreed by Propel to Excel.

7. Changes to the Programme

Propel to Excel reserves the right to make reasonable changes to programme dates, times, venues, facilitators or content where necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated as soon as reasonably practicable.

8. Intellectual Property

All programme materials, including workbooks, presentations, worksheets, videos and digital resources, remain the intellectual property of Propel to Excel. They are provided for personal use only and must not be copied, reproduced, shared, recorded or distributed without prior written permission.

9. Recording

Participants must not record, photograph or distribute any part of the programme without the prior written consent of Propel to Excel.

10. Respectful Participation

We are committed to providing a positive and respectful learning environment. Propel to Excel reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, abusive or inappropriate. No refund will be provided in these circumstances.

11. Parent Responsibility

A parent or legal guardian is responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate and up to date, including emergency contact details where requested.

12. Photography and Testimonials

From time to time, Propel to Excel may request permission to use photographs, anonymised feedback or testimonials for marketing purposes. No identifiable images or testimonials will be used without your prior consent.

13. Limitation of Liability

The Ready, Steady, Exam programme is designed to support students' confidence, performance and exam preparation. While every effort is made to provide high-quality coaching and resources, Propel to Excel cannot guarantee individual academic outcomes, examination results or school admissions.

14. Data Protection

Personal information provided during registration will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and used only for administering the programme and communicating with participants.

15. Acceptance

By submitting your registration form, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

I understand that my registration is a commitment to join the programme and that all programme fees are non-refundable.
