Ready, Steady, Exam – Monthly Subscription

By completing your monthly payments, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Registration

Completion of the registration form constitutes your commitment to join the Ready, Steady, Exam monthly subscription with Propel to Excel and to pay the applicable monthly subscription fee.

Your subscription will continue on a rolling monthly basis until cancelled in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

2. Payment

Payment will be collected monthly using the payment method selected during registration. Your first payment confirms your subscription.

You are responsible for ensuring that your payment details remain accurate and that sufficient funds are available for each payment.

3. Cancellation and Notice Period

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by providing one month's written notice to info@propeltoexcel.com.

Your cancellation will take effect one month after the date your written notice is received, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Propel to Excel.

You remain responsible for all subscription payments due during the notice period. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any payment already made.

4. Non-Refundable Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or otherwise agreed in writing by Propel to Excel.

No refunds will be provided for unused subscription periods, missed sessions, non-attendance or a decision to stop participating during a paid subscription period.

5. Promotional Discounts

Promotional discounts may be offered by Propel to Excel from time to time.

Any discount will apply only for the promotional period and duration specified at the time of the offer. Once the promotional period or specified discount duration ends, the subscription will revert to the applicable standard monthly price, unless otherwise stated.

Promotional discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly agreed by Propel to Excel.

6. Changes to Subscription Pricing

Propel to Excel reserves the right to change the monthly subscription price.

You will be notified of any price change at least one month in advance. The revised price will apply from the next relevant billing date following the notice period.

If you do not wish to continue at the revised price, you may cancel your subscription by providing written notice in accordance with Section 3.

7. Programme Bonuses

Any bonuses, complimentary sessions, additional resources or other benefits included as part of your subscription or promotional offer will be honoured and arranged by Propel to Excel in accordance with the terms of the offer.

Bonuses are subject to any specific eligibility requirements or expiry dates communicated at the time of the offer.

8. Programme Information

All programme information, including session dates, times, venue details, online access links where applicable, workbooks and supporting resources, will be provided before the relevant programme or subscription activity begins.

9. Attendance

Participants are responsible for attending scheduled monthly live sessions and making use of the resources provided. Reminders will be sent out with sufficient notice.

Missed sessions, unused resources or non-attendance do not entitle subscribers to a refund, reduction in subscription fees or automatic extension of their subscription.

Any arrangements for missed sessions or access to alternative resources will be at the discretion of Propel to Excel.

10. Changes to the Programme

Propel to Excel reserves the right to make reasonable changes to programme dates, times, venues, facilitators, content or delivery methods where necessary.

Any significant changes will be communicated as soon as reasonably practicable.

11. Recording

Participants must not record, photograph, reproduce or distribute any part of the programme or its materials without the prior written consent of Propel to Excel.

12. Intellectual Property

All programme materials, including workbooks, presentations, worksheets, videos, templates and digital resources, remain the intellectual property of Propel to Excel.

Materials are provided for personal use only and must not be copied, reproduced, shared, recorded, resold or distributed without prior written permission.

13. Respectful Participation

Propel to Excel is committed to providing a positive, supportive and respectful learning environment.

Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards the facilitator during monthly live sessions and other participants. Propel to Excel reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the programme where behaviour is disruptive, abusive, discriminatory or otherwise inappropriate.

Where access is suspended or terminated due to a participant's conduct, subscription payments already made will not be refunded, and any outstanding payments due during the applicable notice period will remain payable.

14. Parent Responsibility

Where a child or young person participates in the programme, a parent or legal guardian is responsible for:

Providing accurate and up-to-date registration information.
Ensuring that the child has the necessary access to attend online sessions or participate in activities.
Supporting the child's appropriate participation in the programme.
Informing Propel to Excel of any relevant information that may affect the child's participation or safety, if applicable.

15. Photography and Testimonials

From time to time, Propel to Excel may request permission to use photographs, anonymised feedback or testimonials for marketing purposes.

No identifiable photographs, videos or testimonials featuring a child or participant will be used for marketing without the appropriate prior consent.

16. Limitation of Liability

The Ready, Steady, Exam programme is designed to support students' confidence, resilience, performance skills and exam preparation.

While every effort is made to provide high-quality coaching, guidance and resources, Propel to Excel cannot guarantee individual academic outcomes, examination results, school admissions or any particular performance improvement.

17. Data Protection

Personal information provided during registration will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and Propel to Excel's Privacy Policy.

Information will be used for administering the subscription, delivering programme services, managing payments and communicating with participants about their subscription and relevant programme information.

18. Changes to These Terms

Propel to Excel may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Where a change materially affects your subscription, reasonable notice will be provided.

The updated terms will apply from the date communicated, subject to any rights you may have under applicable law.

19. Acceptance

By completing the monthly subscription payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions, including:

The rolling monthly subscription commitment.
The requirement to provide one month's written notice to cancel.
The non-refundable payment policy.
The terms governing promotional discounts and subscription price changes.

By purchasing a digital product from Propel to Excel, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Digital Products

All products purchased are digital products and may include guides, workbooks, toolkits, templates, resources, videos or other downloadable or online content.

2. Payment

Payment is required at the time of purchase. Access to the digital product will be provided following successful payment.

3. Non-Refundable

Due to the digital nature of these products, all purchases are non-refundable once the product has been purchased or access has been provided, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Please ensure you have selected the correct product before completing your purchase.

4. Personal Use

Digital products are provided for your personal use only. They must not be:

Shared, copied or distributed to others.
Resold or commercially reproduced.
Uploaded to websites, social media, shared drives or other platforms.
Modified and redistributed as your own work.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and materials remain the intellectual property of Propel to Excel and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights to you.

6. Access and Downloads

You are responsible for ensuring that you have suitable internet access, software and devices to access the product.

Where a download is provided, you are responsible for saving and securely storing your copy.

7. Individual Results

Digital products are designed to provide guidance, tools and educational resources. Propel to Excel does not guarantee any specific academic, personal or performance outcome from using the products.

8. Changes to Digital Products

Propel to Excel may update, amend or improve digital products from time to time. Where appropriate, customers may receive access to updated versions.

9. Acceptance

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable UK consumer law.

RESOURCES TOOLKITS – Terms & Conditions

1:1 Student & Parent Coaching – Terms & Conditions

By booking a 1:1 Student & Parent Coaching package with Propel to Excel, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking & Payment

Your booking confirms your commitment to the coaching package selected. Payment must be made in accordance with the payment option chosen at the time of booking.

2. Coaching Sessions

Coaching sessions are delivered online or in person, as agreed at the time of booking. Sessions are typically scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

At least 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.

Where less than 48 hours' notice is provided, or a session is missed without notice, the session will be considered used and the fee will remain payable.

4. Package Fees & Refunds

Coaching package fees are non-refundable once the package has been purchased, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Unused sessions within a package cannot be exchanged for a refund.

5. Package Expiry

Coaching packages should be completed within the timeframe communicated at the time of purchase. Any extension must be agreed with Propel to Excel in advance.

6. Parent & Student Participation

Where appropriate, coaching may involve both the student and parent. Parents/guardians are responsible for supporting the student's participation and ensuring that any information provided to Propel to Excel is accurate and up to date.

7. Confidentiality

Information shared during coaching will be treated respectfully and confidentially. Where coaching involves a child or young person, confidentiality may be subject to appropriate safeguarding considerations. If information is disclosed that raises a safeguarding concern or indicates that someone may be at risk of harm, Propel to Excel may need to share relevant information with an appropriate person or organisation.

8. Coaching Scope

Coaching is designed to support areas such as confidence, self-belief, emotional regulation, focus, motivation, resilience, organisation and performance skills. Coaching is not therapy, counselling, medical treatment or clinical psychological support, and Propel to Excel does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.

9. Outcomes

Coaching provides tools, guidance and support but cannot guarantee a particular academic result, examination outcome, school admission or other specific outcome. Progress will depend on the individual student's circumstances, engagement and application of the strategies discussed.

10. Intellectual Property

Any workbooks, worksheets, resources, templates or other materials provided as part of coaching remain the intellectual property of Propel to Excel and are for personal use only.

They must not be copied, reproduced, shared or distributed without prior permission.

11. Respectful Participation

Propel to Excel is committed to providing a safe, supportive and respectful coaching environment. Sessions may be ended or suspended where behaviour is abusive, threatening or inappropriate.

12. Acceptance

By booking a coaching package, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable UK consumer law.
